An 8-K filed on 5 October reports two agreements. The trust joined Coinbase's Prime Broker Agreement on 29 September so that Coinbase Custody can hold "a portion of the Trust's TAO". On 30 September it moved to BitGo's amended and restated custody agreement of 5 June 2026, replacing the March 2025 one (8-K, 5 Oct). The filing says the sponsor "has not determined the amount" it will move to Coinbase. It says nothing about an ETF conversion, although most posts on X described it as an ETF step. The trust also kept issuing shares to accredited investors in September: 151,900 shares for 2,869.4 TAO ($891,272), bringing shares outstanding to 2,994,200 on 28 September (8-K, 28 Sep). An earlier filing reported 2,842,300 on 15 September.
